MetBet Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities Explained

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MetBet ("MetBet", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the MetBet platform available at metbet.wine, including all betting, casino games, jackpot slots, promotions and related services offered on the platform.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any feature of MetBet, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understood them, and agree to be bound by them. You also confirm that you are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms apply to all Pakistani players using MetBet and should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and MetBet.

To register and use a MetBet account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. MetBet does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register, deposit, bet or use any feature of the platform. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• You must be registering as a private individual. Corporate accounts, business registrations or syndicate accounts are not permitted on MetBet.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded from MetBet or any affiliated gambling service, or be subject to a self-exclusion order from another gambling platform that you have not disclosed.
• You must not currently be registered as a problem gambler with any gambling harm organisation or treatment provider.

MetBet reserves the right to request documentation confirming age, identity or residence at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by MetBet may result in account suspension and restriction of funds pending verification.

Each person may hold only one MetBet account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method or the same device — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, MetBet may close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets and retain or return deposits at its discretion after investigation.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You are responsible for ensuring that all registration information remains accurate. If your contact details change, you must update your account promptly. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MetBet account password. MetBet will never ask for your password via email, chat or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify MetBet support immediately at support@metbet.wine. MetBet is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has not taken reasonable care to protect their credentials.

MetBet processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is required or applied. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on MetBet:

• JazzCash — instant processing, available 24/7
• NayaPay — instant processing during standard operating hours
• SadaPay — instant processing during standard operating hours
• IBFT Bank Transfer — processed within standard banking hours, may take up to a few hours
• Visa / Mastercard debit or credit card — subject to your card issuer's processing times

Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit in your MetBet account. MetBet does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply charges at their end — this is outside MetBet's control.

Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. MetBet does not accept deposits from third-party payment methods. If a deposit is received from a payment method that does not match your verified identity, MetBet reserves the right to suspend the relevant funds pending investigation and return the deposit to its source.

MetBet reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, payment method abuse, or where the deposit would violate these Terms or applicable regulations.

MetBet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR. MetBet does not apply withdrawal fees on its end, though your payment provider may have its own fee structure.

Standard withdrawal processing times at MetBet are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: typically 15–30 minutes after request approval
• IBFT Bank Transfer: typically processed within banking hours, may take up to 4 hours
• Visa / Mastercard: subject to card issuer processing, typically 1–3 business days

Before your first withdrawal, MetBet may request identity verification documents to confirm that the account holder matches the payment method owner. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Required documents typically include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and a screenshot confirming ownership of the withdrawal payment method. MetBet will communicate any documentation requirements clearly and promptly.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Withdrawal requests above certain thresholds may require additional processing time for security review — MetBet will notify you if this applies to your request.

All bets placed at MetBet are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the relevant betting page.

Bet Placement and Confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when you receive a confirmed bet reference number from MetBet. If you do not receive confirmation — for example, due to a network interruption during the placement process — the bet is not confirmed and your stake is not at risk. You should check your bet history to confirm placement before treating any bet as active.

Odds at Time of Placement: The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Where MetBet accepts a bet, those odds are fixed at that point unless the specific market terms state otherwise (such as certain SP — Starting Price — markets). Odds changes after confirmation do not affect your confirmed bet.

Void Bets: MetBet may void a bet where the event is cancelled, postponed beyond a defined rescheduling window, or where there is evidence of a palpable error in the offered odds (for example, a clear data entry error resulting in odds substantially different from the true market). Void bets have the stake returned in full.

Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are placed on events that are already in progress. MetBet's live odds reflect the current match state as accurately as possible, but there is an inherent brief delay between the real-world event and the odds update. MetBet reserves the right to void in-play bets where there is clear evidence that the bet was placed after the relevant event had already occurred.

Maximum Winnings: MetBet applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant market terms. Bets that would result in winnings above the applicable limit will have the payout capped at that limit.

All casino games available at MetBet — including jackpot slots, live dealer games, roulette, blackjack, baccarat, poker and game show titles — use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game outcome is entirely random and independent of all previous outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical, calculated over very large numbers of rounds, and do not predict individual session results.

MetBet does not manipulate, influence or adjust individual game outcomes. Where a player believes a game outcome to be incorrect, they should contact MetBet support with the relevant game round ID (visible in game history) within 72 hours. MetBet will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Progressive jackpot prizes, including the Mega Jackpot, are paid in full in PKR to the winning player's MetBet balance. MetBet does not withhold or reduce jackpot prizes except where there is a verified palpable error in the jackpot trigger mechanism, in which case the matter will be resolved in good faith with the affected player.

MetBet offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the terms stated in the specific promotion, as well as the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Most MetBet bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiple of the bonus amount (sometimes bonus plus deposit) that must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently towards bonus wagering requirements. Jackpot slots and live dealer games may contribute at a lower percentage than standard video slots. The contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: Every MetBet bonus has an expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it are forfeited. The expiry period is stated in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your MetBet account at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated while a previous bonus is active and has an outstanding wagering requirement, unless the promotion terms state otherwise.
• Abuse: MetBet monitors for bonus abuse, including coordinated abuse by groups of players, arbitrage strategies designed to extract bonus value without legitimate play, and systematic use of low-risk hedging strategies during bonus wagering. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have the bonus and associated winnings voided.

MetBet is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets and withholding of funds pending investigation:

• Use of automated betting software, bots or any form of scripted interaction with the MetBet platform
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of obtaining an unfair advantage, whether in casino games, poker or sports betting
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or pricing mistakes on the MetBet platform
• Placing bets using information that is not publicly available at the time of bet placement (insider information)
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent promotional restrictions, deposit limits or self-exclusion
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or attempting to use MetBet for money laundering purposes
• Providing false identity information or documentation during registration or verification

MetBet employs fraud detection and betting integrity monitoring. Where prohibited conduct is detected, MetBet will take action proportionate to the severity and evidence of the breach. Players have the right to contest decisions through MetBet's complaints process described in Section 15.

MetBet may suspend or close a player account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity
• Reasonable belief that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor
• A request by the player to close the account (voluntary closure)
• Activation of a self-exclusion request by the player

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, MetBet will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected timeframe for resolution where it is possible to do so without compromising the investigation. Real money funds in a suspended account remain in place unless the investigation establishes a basis for their withholding under these Terms.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact MetBet support. Any real money balance at the time of closure (less any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method.

MetBet takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended to provide entertainment, not to cause harm. MetBet provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible directly from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases have a cooling-off period before they apply.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have staked in the session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, your account remains open but betting and deposits are suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from MetBet for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for the chosen period. Account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired and you have made a formal reactivation request.

You have the right to request access to the data MetBet holds about you, and to request correction of inaccurate data. MetBet's liability to players is limited to the real money balance held in the player's account at the time any claim arises. MetBet is not liable for:

• Losses arising from a player's decision to bet or play, including losses that a player believes were influenced by technical errors where the bet outcome was settled correctly according to the rules
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside MetBet's reasonable control, including network outages, payment provider downtime or force majeure events
• Any consequential, indirect or speculative losses beyond the direct amount at issue

Nothing in these Terms limits MetBet's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

MetBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects players' rights or obligations, MetBet will provide reasonable notice — typically via email to the address registered on your account and/or via a notice on the MetBet platform — before the change takes effect.

Continued use of MetBet after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your real money balance before the amendment takes effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is shown at the top of this page.
